Why do you enjoy exercising them, other than for the freedom in doing so? Is it for esteem?

[ Good thing the time's ticking down to bare seconds because Amory's edging back to venom. It's not for the sake of just arguing with Adrian, nor is it out of a desire to insult him. This subject hits a sore spot, and it's instinctive to counter with a return to being defensive. ]

Enjoyment seems to be the theme, if not the base of your reason. And isn't there self-gratification in enjoying it?

[What perfect timing, City. As soon as Adrian's thought of an answer for Amory he finds his arms loosening. Hands lift from the younger man and he takes a step back, letting his limbs fall to his sides to regain some circulation.]
