∞ [thirty-six] | accidental video post

[ The setting is Blue Light- low lights and loud chatter of a full house drowning out the cool jazz in the background. It's packed to the doors, mostly because it's a Saturday night and curse days indeed encourage people to take a few shots to their troubles.

The camera is focused on the bar, an area currently manned by one Peter Pevensie and... someone in an over sized, gray hooded sweat shirt. The hood is large enough to shield his- her face in shadows. Gray-hooded individual is currently making a cocktail for the customer in front of her. A customer who may already be mildly intoxicated ]

Hey, sweetheart. Why don't you show your face?

[ There's no response from the bartender, so he takes matters into his own hands, reaching over to pull down the hood with a tug. ]

There you go. That wasn't so bad was it? Next time wear something sexy and call me- the number's written on the Greens.

[ She's staring at him with a glower of death, and probably is a few seconds away from ripping out his throat. That doesn't stop him from forcing two Greens into her hand, as he pries his drink from her other. ]

...Right. How about you kill yourself instead?

[ With that, she tosses the coins at his face- it'd probably be more intimidating if her voice was lower. ]

Damn, girl. Who knew you were a saucy bitch.

[ And those few seconds are up, for there's a yelp and a clatter of a glass as the bartender punches the customer in the face. She- he meant to cause more than a bloody nose, but these hands are new. The video cuts off with the customer holding his nose and the girl shaking a now-bruised hand.]

[ooc: He would destroy [livejournal.com profile] ofsubservience, if he knew who you were. D< Replies from [livejournal.com profile] amorafelix. Either action or voice is fine.]

Apologies, I need to orient the word to your time period. Not gay as in happy but... what's the word for someone who enjoys the pleasures of another man in Narnian?

[Oh yes, he is good at being blunt. ]

A kind of comedic television show. Laugh tracks. Recycled plot lines. Everyday situations.

A man who enjoys the pleasures of another man.

[Like, duh. Also no longer interest in the sitcom. This is more important.]

What does that have to do with hair and finery?

No term for it? Homosexual? Maybe they'll name it after you in a a century or so.

It's a stereotype.

You realize where I am from finery is a way of being, especially in court. Ask Peter.

I wouldn't doubt it. I have studied history, you know, not Narnian history, but history nontheless.

But it's more than what you wear. It's how you present yourself- like how you eagerly offered to style my hair.

You were asking for it.

It is the honorable thing to accept a friend's request, especially a ladyfriend's.

Good job diverting the topic.

And that only applies in fairy tales. Technically, shouldn't you be ignoring me since I'm a ~commoner~.

Poor job trying to divert me from remarking on your womanhood.

Amory. A damsel is a damsel. You do not read enough fairy tales.

When I said technically, I was separating the reality versus fairy tales.

Unless you're implying that Narnia is a fairyland.

As much as Earth is a fairytale to me, which is not at all.

Right. You should go on ignoring me now then.
